Q: How do we begin the process for franchisees?
A: First, fill out the franchisee form, and we will have someone get back to you within 48 hours to have a short discussion about what you are looking for.

The Selection Process

Step 1. We receive your expression of interest via our website
When we receive your expression of interest, we will then call you for an informal chat to find out what you are looking for and what you would like to achieve from a franchise with Gumballs.

Step 2. First Meeting
We then contact you to arrange a meeting with our selection team. At this meeting we will do our best to answer all your questions about our products. This meeting is mainly used to get to know you to see whether you will fit into our team and if we are a team you would like to invest in.

Step 3. Second Meeting
Here you will meet with the owners of the company. They will discuss with you their intentions for the future of the company and to see if you are interested in sharing their vision. We will finalise all the details with you and answer any
further questions or concerns you may have.

Step 4. Confirmation of Investment
Following this, if you wish to proceed with the investment, you will then be asked to pay a $10,000 holding deposit. This deposit covers any legal fees incurred in the process of drafting a franchise agreement and will contribute to your
overall franchise fee. However if you do not go ahead with the process then a service and legal fee will be deduct from the deposit and we will refund the amount.

Step 5. Final Meeting
The successful franchisee will be contacted to finalise the franchise agreement. Once this is done you are officially selected as a Gumballs Franchisee and the training process begins. We will then meet to brainstorm ideas as to location, store layout and menus and a start date!

And then the adventure begins!
